Crystal Mountain Resort (Alterra Mountain Company)
Crystal Mountain Resort, Washington State's largest ski area and an Alterra Mountain Company resort near Mount Rainier, is hiring a seasonal Restaurant Manager for the Winter 2026/27 season. The manager runs day-to-day restaurant operations on the mountain: motivating and mentoring staff, building schedules, overseeing service standards, managing reservation and point-of-sale systems, forecasting budgets, controlling inventory and product ordering, monitoring labor expense, handling guest concerns, delivering training and collaborating with other departments on marketing and service improvements. The posting lists the role as seasonal and states in the employer's own words that Restaurant Manager is a housing eligible position. Pay is USD 32 to 36 per hour. Benefits listed include a free unlimited Alterra season pass for the employee, spouse and dependents under 25, 50 percent off Ikon partner tickets, paid time off, group health insurance, a 401(k) with immediate vesting, and ski, snowboard and merchandise discounts. Freshness evidence: the employer's own Alterra careers page shows Posted Fri Sep 18 2026 22:01 UTC for requisition JR134632; note the requisition id sits below the newest Alterra id range, so this may be a republished requisition, though the posted timestamp is the employer's own.
