Aspen Skiing Company is hiring Snowcat Operators for the Winter 2026-27 season across its four Colorado mountains (Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass). Snowcat Operators deliver food, beverage, and equipment to on-mountain restaurants, keeping the resort's dining operations running through the winter. Applications are accepted until October 1, 2026.
Operate a snowcat to deliver food, beverage, and other equipment and items required for daily restaurant operations on the mountain. Remove trash, recycling, and compost from on-mountain locations. Verify delivery invoices against goods received and stock products at restaurant locations. Maintain snowcat and related equipment, and complete daily safety checklists before and after operation.

Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years' experience driving a snowcat or similar heavy equipment required. Valid, unrestricted driver's license. English language proficiency for oral and written communication. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and snowmobiles. Intermediate skiing or riding ability for ski-in/ski-out restaurant locations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work extended periods in wet, cold, and hot conditions.
