Aspen Skiing Company is hiring a Ski & Snowboard School Support Services Representative for the Winter 2026-27 season across multiple locations in Aspen or Snowmass Village, Colorado. This seasonal role supports daily operations at the ski school facilities, working both indoors and outdoors to ensure a positive experience for guests and staff. Facilitate equipment rentals for children, including processing transactions, collecting payment, and fitting and sizing equipment. Set up and maintain indoor facilities with clean, welcoming environments. Assist with registration and student check-in/check-out procedures. Support food safety procedures for lunch service and engage children indoors with games, crafts, and encouragement. Set up and tear down outdoor teaching areas, maintain terrain through snow removal and signage, and greet families and support class organization during guest check-in. Assist with ski school race operations, including setup and timing logistics.
Minimum 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6+ months of guest-facing service experience preferred. Prior work with children or outdoor recreation preferred. Strong interpersonal communication with children, parents, and colleagues. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency and general computer literacy. English fluency required; Spanish or Portuguese helpful. Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly in cold, wet outdoor conditions.
