Aspen Skiing Company is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant for its on-mountain dining restaurants for the Winter 2026-27 ski season in Aspen or Snowmass Village, Colorado. The role focuses on positive guest interactions, handling transactions, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. Applications are accepted until October 1, 2026.
Complete opening/closing procedures, including housekeeping for restaurant and restroom areas. Welcome and engage guests throughout their visit. Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions and discounts accurately, reporting any pricing discrepancies to management. Clear tables efficiently and pre-buss during busy periods. Monitor food stock and alert managers when running low. Move furniture to facilitate cleaning and snow removal, and maintain bus stations and trash/recycling areas.

Minimum 16 years old. Guest service experience preferred. English language proficiency for oral and written communication. Ability to ski or ride at an intermediate level is required for employees at ski-in/ski-out restaurants. Strong teamwork and organizational skills, and commitment to safety compliance. Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch and kneel for extended periods, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs in wet, hot, humid, and slippery conditions.
