Greet and assist guests at the ski valet and rental stand. Fit ski and snowboard boots and select appropriate rental equipment. Store and retrieve guest equipment throughout the day. Process rental transactions and payments. Provide up-to-date information on mountain and weather conditions. Maintain equipment and the valet area to luxury service standards.
Previous experience in ski rental operations, ski valet services, boot fitting, or related guest-service/outdoor recreation roles preferred. Strong guest-service orientation. Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfort working outdoors in snow, ice, wind, and cold temperatures. Available for the Winter 26/27 season starting November 16, 2026.
