Manager On Duty - National Park Inn - Summer Seasonal

Rainier Guest Services, the National Park Service concessioner for Mount Rainier National Park, is hiring a Manager On Duty to oversee daily operations at the historic National Park Inn near Longmire, Washington. This is an onsite, live-and-work seasonal position with staff housing provided, overseeing lodge operations and ensuring a consistently high standard of guest service and cleanliness.

Supervise daily operations and direct staff on task completion. Conduct pre-shift meetings and prepare daily shift reports. Manage scheduling, breaks, and staffing conflicts. Handle guest issues and oversee cash management procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and National Park Service standards. Participate in seasonal setup and teardown activities.
