Concierge (Winter 26/27)

W Verbier, part of Marriott's W Hotels lifestyle brand, is hiring a seasonal Concierge for its Winter 2026/27 season in Verbier, Switzerland. The role centers on the W brand's "Whatever/Whenever" service philosophy: managing restaurant and activity reservations, organizing ski adventures and local experiences for guests, and resolving guest concerns with a playful, high-touch approach. Due to visa restrictions, only applicants from Switzerland and the European Union will be considered.

Make and manage restaurant and dining reservations for hotel guests. Organize ski adventures, mountain activities, and local excursions. Act as a local knowledge expert on Verbier attractions and activities. Resolve guest concerns and requests promptly while maintaining W's playful brand voice. Deliver the "Whatever/Whenever" service philosophy across all guest touchpoints.
