Own discovery, planning and delivery for crypto-native features end to end. Conduct direct research with daily crypto users about wallet setups and pain points. Make integration decisions about chains, wallets and protocols based on real usage data. Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria and manage the backlog. Coordinate across compliance, marketing, support and operations. Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences.
8 or more years in product management, ideally in payments, e-commerce or fintech, with a track record of shipping products that reached real adoption. Experience leading distributed teams across time zones and breaking complex problems into shippable increments. Strong writing for specs and async communication. Active crypto user with deep DeFi knowledge including vaults and bridging, and an understanding of wallet UX on desktop and mobile. Actively uses AI tools for spec drafting and rapid prototyping. Solid working-hours overlap with both European and Latin American time zones.
