Drive the end-to-end roadmap for automating document processing tasks in KYC and verification flows. Evaluate and apply AI, computer vision, OCR and LLM technologies to structure unstructured data. Serve as the primary technical contact for internal stakeholders such as Customer Success Managers and Sales. Own prioritization, sprint execution and production delivery with ML and backend engineers. Define and optimize metrics such as automation rate, precision, recall and latency using SQL. Test and validate product behavior and edge cases.
Three or more years in product management or technical product management roles, ideally with a background in software development, QA or technical specialist work. Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, backend data pipelines and automation frameworks. Practical knowledge of computer vision, OCR and LLM applications. SQL proficiency for data analysis. Experience automating manual tasks in fintech, regtech or data-heavy domains. Fluent English.
