RevenueCat
RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from Y Combinator's S18 batch it has grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: it is in more than half of newly shipped subscription apps, processes over 16 billion dollars in annual purchase volume, and serves everyone from solo developers to the OpenAI mobile team. RevenueCat is a remote-first team of 150 plus people across 25 plus countries. This Senior Product Designer role is posted for the Americas with EMEA (United Kingdom) as a secondary location and is described by the employer as a fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility. As a Senior Product Designer you will own complex product problems from discovery through production, working closely with Product and Engineering to understand customers, identify opportunities, shape what gets built and why, and turn technically complex workflows into simple, polished experiences for developers. You will join a small design team with a high bar for interaction and visual craft. Benefits include competitive equity in a Series C startup, a 10 year window to exercise vested options, 4 to 5 weeks of flexible time off, a paid desk at a coworking space, and a workspace budget plus continuous learning stipend. Compensation is not listed on the posting.

Own complex product problems end to end from discovery through production for a cross-functional product team. Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, make sound trade-offs and help shape what gets built and why. Design clear, intuitive workflows with careful attention to information architecture, states, edge cases, errors and interactions. Talk directly to customers and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform decisions. Prototype and iterate quickly, involve engineering partners early, reduce scope intelligently and stay engaged through implementation and follow-up. Within the first three months take full ownership of all design aspects for your product team and ship your first project from ideation to launch. Over the first year raise the bar for interaction and visual craft in your area, contribute reusable patterns and improvements to the broader product, and take part in critique and collaboration across the design team.
Strong track record solving complex product problems in B2B, SaaS, developer tools or similarly complex environments. Ability to frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities and make sound trade-offs. High visual craft bar with deep care for hierarchy, typography, spacing, composition and polish. Comfortable staying close to customers and using direct conversations plus data to guide decisions. Clear communicator in a remote, asynchronous environment who takes ownership beyond the design handoff. Enough technical understanding to make realistic decisions, and comfortable using prototypes, code or modern AI tools when they help. Located in the Americas or EMEA (the posting lists the Americas as the primary location and the United Kingdom as a secondary EMEA location). Excited about RevenueCat's mission to help developers make more money.
