Define how users discover, understand and trade prediction markets inside MetaMask. Own the end-to-end user experience from market discovery through trading and position management. Simplify complex concepts including probabilities, liquidity and market mechanics into clear, intuitive interfaces. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on strategic product decisions. Rapidly prototype using AI-assisted design and coding tools. Establish and maintain high design standards through user research and data, and raise the design bar across the feature area.
Five or more years of product design experience with shipped consumer products. Strong portfolio demonstrating customer-centric solutions to complex problems. Exceptional visual and interaction design skills. Experience taking ambiguous problems from concept to launch. Proficiency with AI, code and modern design tools. A genuine passion for sports and fan engagement is called out by the employer. Must be based in the United States, Canada, EMEA or LATAM; the employer cannot consider candidates based in France, Italy or Germany for this role.
