N26, the European digital bank, is hiring a Product Designer for its UX team in the Grow and Engage domain, covering customer acquisition, signup flows, premium memberships and daily engagement features used by millions of customers. The role can be based in Berlin, Germany or Barcelona, Spain, and N26 offers international candidates "A relocation package with visa support for those who need it." You will report to the Head of UX and design end-to-end features across the home screen, in-app discovery, recommendations, AI-powered insights and the Smart, Go and Metal subscription tiers, working closely with product, engineering, research and data. Fluency with AI tools is expected as part of the design practice. Salary is not published. Design important features and flows across the home screen, in-app discovery, recommendations, AI-powered insights and premium subscription tiers. Establish problem definitions and develop user flows and interactions that work across connected product areas. Contribute to the design system. Conduct research that blends qualitative and quantitative methods and ground decisions in data. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and data specialists from concept through launch.
End-to-end product design experience on consumer products, preferably mobile, with a strong portfolio of shipped work. Experience managing complex features from conception through launch and familiarity with design systems. Research- and data-driven decision making, clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders, pride in craft quality, systems thinking, a problem-first mindset, bias toward action, AI curiosity and generous collaboration. Portfolio and CV in English required.
