This Senior Platform Engineer role is described by the employer as a global and fully remote position; you must have the right to work in the country you are based in. You will build and operate Trust Wallet cloud infrastructure on AWS and Cloudflare with Kubernetes, owning infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability and on-call, with a strong focus on high availability, service level objectives and security. The team is building modern, cloud native and cloud agnostic platforms that support millions of users globally, and also drives AI-assisted developer experience initiatives. Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS and Cloudflare using Kubernetes, Istio and Helm. Own infrastructure as code with Terraform and Atlantis and CI/CD with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana and Sentry and participate in on-call and incident handling. Develop platform features in Go covering networking, HTTP, gRPC and OpenTelemetry. Interface with internal engineering users, help grow the platform team, and lead AI and developer experience initiatives. Apply cloud and Kubernetes security best practices to maintain availability and meet SLOs.
Hands-on experience with AWS and Cloudflare, Kubernetes (Istio, Helm), Terraform, GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. Strong Go programming skills including networking, HTTP, gRPC and OpenTelemetry. Experience with Prometheus, Grafana and Sentry. Solid SRE principles and incident handling experience. Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tooling. Knowledge of cloud and Kubernetes security best practices. Must have the right to work in the country you are based in.
