Serve as strategic advisor to Product leadership on business priorities and direction. Build driver-based financial models connecting product performance to revenue, ARR, retention and profitability. Evaluate growth initiatives, investments, pricing strategies and resource allocation decisions. Develop business cases and scenario analyses that articulate returns, risks, dependencies and tradeoffs. Partner across functions to set targets, define success metrics and assess performance. Identify trends, gaps and opportunities and convert data into clear recommendations. Improve the speed and scalability of financial analysis through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related quantitative field, with eight or more years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or similar analytical experience. Advanced financial modeling skills including driver-based forecasts and scenario analysis. Experience supporting Product, Growth or Monetization teams at a subscription or SaaS company and a strong grasp of SaaS metrics such as ARR, conversion, retention, churn, LTV, CAC and unit economics. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, work independently in ambiguous situations and communicate across functions. Practical experience using AI tools for analysis and modeling. Based in an eligible location in Canada or the US.
