Reservation Agent

Eden Roc Cap Cana, a luxury beachfront resort in Cap Cana, Punta Cana, is hiring a Reservation Agent to join its front-office and guest-services team.

Cap Cana is one of the highest-end resort areas in the Dominican Republic, and Eden Roc positions itself at the luxury end of that market, so this role involves managing bookings and guest communication for a demanding, mostly international clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming reservation requests across phone, email, and booking platforms
• Confirm room availability, rates, and packages, and process bookings accurately in the resort's reservation system
• Communicate professionally with international guests in English, with Spanish also used internally
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and guest services to ensure booking details are handled correctly on arrival
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests in line with resort policy
• Support upselling of room categories, packages, and resort experiences where appropriate
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation documentation

Requirements:

• A hotel management degree, or current enrollment in a hotel management program
• Professional-level English language skills; Spanish fluency for internal coordination
• Prior experience in a similar hospitality or reservations role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with reservation software
• A genuine "passion for service" mindset, consistent with a five-star resort environment
• Ability to work on-site at the resort in Cap Cana, Punta Cana
