Yellowstone Club
Yellowstone Club, the private ski and golf community in Big Sky, Montana, is hiring a Pastry Cook for the Winter 2026/27 season. You will produce breads and pastries for the club outlets and member events, preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking and decorating to production sheets and quality standards while keeping food safety logs current. Pay is 25 to 28 dollars per hour. Seasonal team members get discounted employee housing in Big Sky or Gallatin Gateway, complimentary shift meals, free transportation to and from Bozeman, two employee ski days a month, discounted ski passes, 401k eligibility with matching and 24-hour fitness center access. This is a fixed winter-season position open to applicants relocating for the season; applicants must be eligible to work in the United States. Deliver outstanding guest service in a professional manner. Prepare breads and pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking and decorating. Follow production sheets and quality standards for each outlet and member event. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety compliance. Operate baking and kitchen equipment safely and appropriately. Ensure food safety and personal hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
High school diploma, GED or vocational training. Previous experience as a line cook or pastry cook. Knowledge of recipes and food preparation standards. Ability to comply with food safety handling requirements. Availability for the full Winter 2026/27 season and eligibility to work in the United States.
