Distribution Analytics Lead (Senior Lead Marketing Data Scientist)

Outfit7, the mobile game studio behind the Talking Tom and Talking Angela franchises, is hiring a Distribution Analytics Lead for its Ljubljana, Slovenia headquarters (legal entity Ekipa2 d.o.o.). This is a hybrid, full-time role reporting into Marketing.

You will build and lead an analytics team supporting Marketing, Growth, and Distribution functions across Outfit7's portfolio of live mobile titles. You will set the Distribution Analytics roadmap and priorities, own measurement frameworks for paid user acquisition including LTV and ROAS, drive adoption of incrementality testing, geo experiments, and Marketing Mix Modeling, establish experimentation standards and technical data pipeline guidelines, and partner with Product leadership to translate business goals into analytical initiatives.

Requirements: 7+ years in analytics or data science with at least 2 years leading a team, a track record supporting paid user acquisition or performance marketing teams (mobile games or consumer app background preferred), strong SQL and advanced Python or R for statistical analysis, deep understanding of mobile app economics (LTV, ROAS, attribution), experience with a modern data stack (DBT, BigQuery, Snowflake, BI tools), and strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
