Provide guidance on immigration compliance and monitor Remote's services for adherence to local regulations. Analyse, prepare and submit visa and work permit applications. Stay current on changes in immigration law across supported countries. Handle client escalations with solution-focused responses for complex cases. Maintain case statuses in the case management system. Improve mobility processes through automation and documentation.
Proven experience in immigration compliance or global mobility and a comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures. Demonstrated customer-facing experience with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse client bases. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure. Must write and speak English fluently; additional languages are a plus. Experience working remotely and asynchronously is preferred. Must be based in Colombia or Argentina.
