Oversee end-to-end onboarding of new hires for Remote's EOR clients, including verification of employment packages and compliance checks. Answer employee questions throughout the onboarding process. Collaborate with the Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams. Keep employee data accurate and secure. Support compliance initiatives and audits. Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve onboarding efficiency.
Strong background in people operations with experience in employment and contracts. Confident handling employment contracts and HR documentation. Experience thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional startup or high-growth environments. Exceptional written and spoken business English with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Zendesk and Google Workspace. Autonomous yet collaborative working style suited to a remote, asynchronous team. Must be based in Germany, Poland or Croatia.
