AI Enablement and Learning Specialist (Superside, Remote: EMEA, Contractor)

Superside is reinventing how its people learn and is hiring an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist to join the Learning Enablement and Transformation team. This is not a traditional learning and development role: it suits someone who loves working with information, building with AI and automation tools, and caring about how people learn. The listing location is EMEA, fully remote, as a contractor.

Research practical AI-powered ways to deliver on learning goals and recommend what is worth implementing. Prototype Claude-supported learning resources and automations and turn the best into working solutions. Build and launch new learning initiatives from first idea to something people use. Run and improve async onboarding for new joiners. Organize and maintain learning knowledge. Automate enrolments, reminders, tracking and reporting. Look after learning systems such as Sana LMS, Notion and Claude. Create learning content when needed and work with stakeholders on their learning needs.
