You will partner with Engineering, Product, Security and UX leaders to run full-cycle searches for engineering and product roles and grow into a trusted talent advisor. Manage full-cycle searches for engineers, engineering managers and product managers with accurate records in Greenhouse. Lead intake and kickoff conversations with hiring teams. Run structured, equitable technical interviews and escalate risks early. Use market data, compensation benchmarks and funnel metrics to shape hiring strategy. Assess technical candidates, including their open source contributions. Build diversity-focused sourcing plans, manage candidate experience and offer negotiations.
Intermediate recruiting experience with independently owned full-cycle searches. Technical recruiting experience, or strong interest in learning engineering and product disciplines. Stakeholder advisory skills and the ability to influence without authority. Experience with proactive, diversity-focused sourcing for specialized roles. A data-informed approach. Strong organization across multiple requisitions and clear communication across time zones. Experience with an applicant tracking system and tools such as Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
