Staff Security Engineer (Remote, North America)

Secure full-stack systems including applications, services, infrastructure and developer workflows. Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks across codebases and infrastructure. Lead code reviews, architecture discussions and threat modeling sessions. Build automation and tooling that prevents security issues before they reach production. Strengthen authentication and access control mechanisms. Design secure-by-default APIs and deployments in collaboration with product and infrastructure engineers. Handle vulnerability investigations, incident response and coordinated disclosure.

Six or more years of experience as a software engineer with a security focus. Have led or substantially contributed to security engineering efforts at a previous company. Expertise in threat modeling, secure coding practices and vulnerability management. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms and containerized environments. Real-world experience with security incident response and remediation. Based in North America.
