Mantle Squad - Global (Community Ambassador)

Windranger Labs, core contributor to the Mantle Web3 ecosystem, is hiring Mantle Squad Members — a global community ambassador program bridging Mantle with Web3 communities around the world. The role is open globally, part-time.

Rather than a single full-time hire, this is an ongoing open call for community ambassadors who extend Mantle's team by engaging local and online communities directly, in whatever language and platform mix makes sense for their region.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the Mantle ecosystem with global Web3 communities through engagement, activations, and localized storytelling
• Build and support community activity on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and X
• Help organize and support local or online events tied to the Mantle ecosystem
• Distribute and localize content so it lands naturally with different regional communities
• Contribute to broader ecosystem growth efforts as directed by the Mantle Squad program

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing or community roles
• Genuine familiarity with Web3 community platforms (Discord, Telegram, X) and how communities actually behave on them
• Strong written communication, ideally with the ability to localize content for a specific region or language community
• Self-directed working style, since this is a part-time, globally distributed ambassador program rather than a tightly managed in-house role
