You will turn conference sponsorships, trade shows, booth conversations and curated dinners into real pipeline, building repeatable event playbooks with tracked cost-per-opportunity metrics. Toggl states that you can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-4 and UTC+2, and the role involves regular travel to events in North America and Europe. Salary is 70,000 EUR per year. Own sponsored events and trade shows end to end, including vendor negotiations, logistics and budget oversight. Create all event content such as invitations, landing pages, promotional materials and post-event follow-up sequences. Build the coordination with sales so that leads are in conversation within 24 hours of an event. Research and execute owned experiential events targeting executive decision-makers. Own lead capture and track cost-per-opportunity in HubSpot. Use AI tools extensively for research, analysis, drafting and strategy, and build repeatable playbooks so the event program scales.
3 to 5 years running B2B events with a demonstrated track record of converting attendees into pipeline. Deep knowledge of the North American conference circuit and sponsorship dynamics. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort hosting executive-level attendees. A highly autonomous working style that needs minimal oversight, and excellent written communication for an asynchronous, remote team. Proficiency with AI tools as a core part of your workflow. Experience marketing software products is preferred. Your main location must be between UTC-4 and UTC+2, and you must be able to travel to North America and Europe.
