Spanish lawyer admitted to the bar in Spain. 2 to 4 years of qualified legal experience, with expertise in Spanish employment law. Background in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred. Native Spanish speaker with fluent business and legal English, written and verbal. Pragmatic, hands-on approach that balances legal rigor with business needs. Bonus: knowledge of employment law in Portugal or other jurisdictions, GDPR and data protection expertise, experience drafting and negotiating sales contracts, and additional languages such as Portuguese, French, Italian or German. Must be based in Spain, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania or Slovenia within plus or minus 2 hours of CET.
