Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Metabase and Excel. Demonstrated ability to manage team performance, drive process improvements and lead change in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English; Italian or French is an advantage.
