Corporate Paralegal (LATAM)

Support SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K reports and EDGAR submissions. Administer Section 16 filings and the insider trading policy. Maintain corporate governance records, minute books and board materials, and prepare logistics for board and committee meetings. Manage entity compliance and annual filings across domestic and foreign subsidiaries. Support litigation matters and insurance claims administration. Coordinate with outside counsel, auditors and financial printers, and use AI tools to streamline legal workflows.

Bachelor's degree, with a paralegal certificate preferred, and 8 or more years of corporate or public-company paralegal experience. Working knowledge of SEC reporting, Section 16 and Nasdaq listing standards. Familiarity with EDGAR, board portals such as Diligent or Boardvantage, and entity management software. Proficiency with or willingness to learn AI tools. Proven ability to run deadline-driven calendars with sound judgement on confidential matters. Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica or Mexico.
