IT Specialist (100% Remote, Join from Almost Any Country)

Own ticket triage and day-to-day IT support for a fully remote team. Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle including procurement, provisioning, shipping, maintenance and offboarding. Administer identity and access management tools such as Okta and device management platforms such as Jamf or Iru. Troubleshoot macOS, Google Workspace and a wide range of SaaS applications. Document solutions and processes to build organizational knowledge and improve self-service.

2 or more years of IT support experience, ideally in remote or distributed environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills for supporting colleagues across time zones. Solid knowledge of macOS and Google Workspace. Experience with identity and access platforms such as Okta and device management tools such as Jamf or Iru. Adaptability to learn many SaaS applications. Nice to have: basic networking familiarity and experience with ticketing systems.
