TryHackMe
TryHackMe is a fully remote cyber security training platform used by millions of learners and thousands of organizations to build hands-on security skills. The company is hiring an IT Manager to own its internal IT function end to end: infrastructure, security, identity and access, device management and the SaaS stack that a distributed team relies on every day. TryHackMe describes the role as 100 percent remote, in a fully digital world, work from anywhere you want, with flexi time so you can choose your own hours as long as you have at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone between 8am and 6pm. You will have real autonomy to design simple, cost-effective systems and to scale them as the company grows. Salaries are set based on geographic location, seniority, interview performance and market rates using compensation benchmarking tools. Perks include a 2,500 GBP annual training budget, a fully paid annual company retreat, health insurance where applicable, enhanced parental leave, pension contributions and a dedicated work laptop and accessories. Note that TryHackMe states it is unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, so you need the right to work where you are based.
