Aspen Skiing Company is hiring Hosts/Hostesses for its on-mountain dining restaurants for the Winter 2026-27 ski season across Aspen and Snowmass Village, Colorado. Hosts welcome guests, manage seating and waitlists, and support the front-of-house team through a busy ski season. Applications are accepted until October 1, 2026.
Welcome guests on arrival, seat them, and present clean menus in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Manage waitlists and communicate accurate estimated wait times to guests. Allocate tables equitably among servers to balance workload. Clear and reset tables as needed and keep bar areas clean and condiments restocked. Answer phone calls for reservations and wait-time inquiries. Assist with daily restaurant cleaning, and step in as a server, food runner, or busser when needed. Perform light snow removal and deck furniture relocation as part of general restaurant upkeep.

Minimum 16 years old. English language proficiency for oral and written communication. High school diploma preferred; TIPS certification preferred. Comfortable with POS systems, reservation systems, and awareness of common food allergies. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while multitasking and handling guest complaints professionally. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in wet, hot, humid conditions and on slippery surfaces; some locations require skiing/snowboarding ability.
