Global Payroll Implementation Specialist - GPIS (Remote EMEA)

Implement new payroll customers onto the Remote platform. Obtain and validate employee and company data. Configure payroll by legal entity. Coordinate parallel payroll runs and reconcile results. Verify tax and statutory compliance for each country. Manage go-live coordination with the customer and internal teams. Hand over completed implementations to the payroll operations team. Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

Several years of global payroll implementation experience including tax regulations and technical setup. Understanding of end-to-end payroll and HR processes. Experience with accounting reconciliations. High-accuracy data management and the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Analytical problem-solving and technical aptitude. Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets. Fluent English and an understanding of asynchronous work. Prior remote work experience and knowledge of DACH payroll software are advantageous.
