Fitness Instructor – Club Med Finolhu, Maldives

Club Med is hiring a Fitness Instructor for Club Med Finolhu in the Maldives, on a seasonal contract. Job ID R-2546, Land Sports team, 48 hours per week.

Working a season in the Maldives is about as far from a French Alps chalet as seasonal work gets, and it is one of the few routes into living on a Maldivian atoll without paying resort prices to be there.

• A pedagogue, able to pitch at the level of your coachees whether they are novices or experienced

WHAT YOU WOULD DO

• Provide group classes from beginner to advanced levels
• Promote your activity within the resort
• Ensure quality customer relations, reinforcing the Club Med culture and spirit
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations and maintain resort property
• Work with professional equipment from leading brands including Escape and TRX, plus pedagogical content from Les Mills

ABOUT CLUB MED

Club Med invented the all-inclusive holiday and runs nearly 70 resorts across 26 countries, open summer and winter. Resort staff are known as G.O (Gentle Organizer) and G.E (Gentle Employee).

Three seasons operate: spring, summer and winter. Ski and mountain roles recruit for winter, while watersports, land sports and beach resort positions recruit for summer. Some countries recruit year-round.

MOBILITY ACROSS CONTINENTS

Contracts are seasonal or fixed-term and are commonly renewed across seasons, so this is a route into multi-year international work rather than a single summer.
