Analytics Lead, Full Stack (Affirm, Remote: Canada or United Kingdom)

Establish the operational analytics framework for new international markets, starting with Australia and expanding to future markets. Identify growth opportunities through analysis and own business problems end to end, from metric definition through experimentation and reporting. Design and analyse experiments and A/B tests to validate product-market fit and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. Run weekly cross-functional metric reviews with product, marketing and finance partners, and mentor junior analysts.

Five or more years of cross-functional analytical experience and a bachelor's degree in a quantitatively rigorous field such as statistics, mathematics, finance or economics. Strong SQL proficiency, Python-based statistical analysis and A/B testing expertise. Consumer lending industry knowledge and experience supporting international lending markets, particularly Europe and/or APAC, are strongly preferred. Business acumen balancing growth with profitability, excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, and hands-on experience with AI tools. Must be based in Canada or the United Kingdom.
