Agency Partner Manager (Remote: Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain or UK)

Own the end-to-end Agency Partner Program: recruiting, onboarding, enablement and ongoing partner success. Build commercial relationships with marketing, digital, research and professional services agencies. Package Typeform and Research Flow into agency service offerings. Drive net new MRR through partner-sourced opportunities and manage quarterly objectives and forecasts. Run joint campaigns and demand generation with Marketing. Design and optimize partner segmentation, tiering structures and reporting for scale.

Five or more years in partnerships, channel sales, business development or agency management, with a proven track record of generating revenue through agency or services partners. Strong understanding of agency business models. Experience building scalable partner programs and processes. Solid commercial acumen including revenue and forecast management. Excellent stakeholder relationship skills. Nice to have: SaaS platform experience, research technology familiarity, and experience operating a self-serve tiered partner program. Must be based in Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain or the United Kingdom.
