G Adventures — the world's largest small-group adventure travel company with 35+ years operating on all seven continents — is hiring Tour Leaders (Chief Experience Officers) to guide travellers through Morocco on seasonal contract. G Adventures CEOs go far beyond logistics: they craft unforgettable group journeys through Morocco's medinas, deserts, mountains, and coastlines, lead with cultural depth, ensure traveller safety and wellbeing, and act as the front-line embodiment of G Adventures' sustainable and community-first travel mission. Requirements include excellent English plus a strong command of the regional language (Arabic/Darija and/or French), a valid Guiding License, First Aid/CPR Certification, prior experience leading or travelling internationally, and outstanding leadership and communication skills. Duties include day-to-day group management, daily budget reconciliation, accommodation and transport reservations, trip documentation, and close coordination with G Adventures' local operations teams in Morocco.
