As a CEO at G Adventures, you are more than a logistics manager: you create unforgettable experiences, build genuine human connection with travellers from around the world, lead with resourcefulness and cultural intelligence, and become the living face of G Adventures' commitment to sustainable and community-first travel. The role requires a valid Guiding License and First Aid/CPR Certification, excellent English plus the regional language, proven leadership experience, and ideally a background in or deep knowledge of Jordan's culture, history, and landscapes. The CEO contract covers tour leadership duties including daily budgeting, accommodation and transport reservations, trip reporting, and on-the-ground problem solving, working alongside G Adventures' regional offices in the Middle East.
