This is one of the most unique and rewarding tour leader regions in the world: ancient Silk Road cities, dramatic mountain landscapes, nomadic cultures, and authentic experiences that remain largely untouched by mass tourism. G Adventures CEOs are experience creators first — leading small groups with cultural depth, resourcefulness, and genuine passion for the region. Candidates must be able to legally work in Central Asia, hold a valid Guiding License and First Aid/CPR Certification, speak English fluently plus the regional language, and have previous experience living, travelling, studying, or working abroad.
