G Adventures — the world's largest small-group adventure travel company — is hiring Tour Leaders (Chief Experience Officers) for 12-month contracts in Central America (Guatemala, Belize, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama). This is one of the most vibrant and rewarding tour leader postings in the G Adventures network: leading small groups through ancient Mayan ruins, cloud forests, Pacific and Caribbean coastlines, active volcanoes, jungle wildlife, and the warmth of Central American communities. G Adventures maintains a regional office in San Jose, Costa Rica, giving CEOs strong local operational support throughout their contracts. Fluent Spanish is mandatory for this role.
