G Adventures — the world's largest small-group adventure travel company — is hiring Tour Leaders (Chief Experience Officers) for 12-month contracts in Central America (Guatemala, Belize, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama). This is one of the most vibrant and rewarding tour leader postings in the G Adventures network: leading small groups through ancient Mayan ruins, cloud forests, Pacific and Caribbean coastlines, active volcanoes, jungle wildlife, and the warmth of Central American communities. G Adventures maintains a regional office in San Jose, Costa Rica, giving CEOs strong local operational support throughout their contracts. This is a meaningful commitment — G Adventures hires for 12-month contracts in Central America because it takes time to build the local knowledge, relationships, and guiding craft that create truly transformative traveller experiences. Fluent Spanish is mandatory for this role. Additional requirements: legal right to work in the region, valid Guiding License, First Aid/CPR Certification, English proficiency, proven leadership experience, and previous international living or work experience.
