Solutions Engineer – Bangalore, India

Grafana Labs is hiring a Solutions Engineer based in Bangalore, working remotely.

A Solutions Engineer listens to a prospect or customer, understands their requirements, asks the right questions to extract the information needed, and translates that into a solution built on Grafana Labs technology. They are the bridge between Grafana's engineering teams, its customers, and Sales.

This is a second India-based role on the board alongside the Senior Enterprise Account Executive in Bengaluru, and it is pitched below senior level, making it one of the more accessible technical pre-sales roles available in the region.
