Tour Leader (CEO) – Balkans

G Adventures — the world's largest small-group adventure travel company — is hiring Tour Leaders (Chief Experience Officers) to guide travellers across the Balkans on seasonal contract, leading tours through some or all of the following countries: Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey. Combination itineraries may also include Germany, Austria, Czechia, and Italy. This is an extraordinary role for someone who loves the diversity, history, and landscapes of Southeastern Europe: from the cobblestoned old towns of Dubrovnik and Sarajevo, to the wild mountains of Albania, the Bosphorus of Istanbul, and the beaches of Montenegro. G Adventures CEOs lead with cultural depth, resourcefulness, and genuine connection to the places and communities visited. Candidates must hold an EU passport or be legally authorised to work in EU countries; a valid Guiding License and First Aid/CPR Certification are required; excellent English plus the regional language is essential.
