Terrain Park Attendant, Winter 2026/27 (Sun Valley Resort, Idaho, Staff Housing)

Sun Valley Resort in Idaho is hiring Terrain Park Attendants for the 2026/27 winter season, starting December 1, 2026. Attendants maintain terrain park features, monitor guest safety, teach responsible park use and keep the parks in top condition, working alongside Grooming, Ski Patrol and Mountain Operations. The listing states housing is provided for staff and some meals and discounts are offered. Pay is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour and no experience is required. Family and single-occupancy housing are not available.

Provide friendly guest service and manage guest flow in the parks. Teach guests the Responsibility Code and park safety rules. Inspect and test features for safety and operational standards. Install and remove signage, fencing, ropes, closures and trail markers. Shape and maintain features including raking and shoveling. Complete daily inspections, logs and paperwork, help with events and competitions, and keep the park clean.

Advanced skiing or snowboarding skills, able to safely test small to medium features (large-feature experience preferred). Passion for skiing, snowboarding and park culture. Strong communication and guest service skills. Reliable and safety-minded, available for weekends, holidays and varied shifts, comfortable working outdoors in all winter conditions, and able to lift up to 25 pounds safely and frequently handle up to 75 pounds.
