Eagle Island Camp
Eagle Island Camp in Saranac Lake, New York, is hiring waterfront counselors for the summer 2027 camp season starting June 14, 2027. Counselors live and work in a Grove, a small group of campers and staff, supervising waterfront activities, teaching water skills, building community and keeping campers safe. Pay is 435 dollars a week, and housing and meals are provided at no cost. Staff must be at least 18 at camp start, hold or be willing to obtain waterfront lifeguard and CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and be patient and energetic with children. Living conditions are rustic with limited technology.
