Senior Solutions Engineer – Netherlands

Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer based in the Netherlands, working remotely.

THE ROLE

A Solutions Engineer listens to a prospect or customer, understands their requirements, asks the right questions to extract the information needed, and translates that into a solution built on Grafana Labs technology. They are the bridge between Grafana's highly technical engineering teams, its customers, and Sales.

WHAT YOU WOULD DO

• Partnering with Sales to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
• Owning the technical engagement and helping close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill and credibility
• Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers

Open source experience, or a background in the metrics and monitoring space, is an advantage, as is command of sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.

You must be located in the Netherlands.

COMPENSATION

On-Target Earnings of EUR 124,000 to EUR 148,000, plus Restricted Stock Units.
