Senior Field Engineer – Netherlands

Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Field Engineer based in the Netherlands, working remotely.

Field Engineering at Grafana is hands-on customer-facing technical work: running workshops, demos and training, and helping customers get real value from Grafana products in production.

WHAT THE APPLICATION ASKS FOR

The application form is unusually specific about what they want to see, and it is worth preparing for:

• Whether you have 2+ years of hands-on experience with Grafana products in a production environment
• Which observability technologies you have used in production, and which you are strongest in
• A description of a technical workshop, demo, training or other technical content you created and delivered

That third question is effectively a portfolio request. Have a concrete example ready rather than improvising.

You must be currently based in the Netherlands.

COMPENSATION

Annual On-Target Earnings of EUR 96,000 to EUR 116,000, plus Restricted Stock Units.
