Solution Engineer

RelationalAI builds a relational knowledge graph coprocessor for cloud data platforms, helping enterprises apply decision intelligence directly on top of their data. The company is hiring a solution engineer to work directly with customers, owning outcomes from initial discovery through production deployment of real decision-intelligence solutions built on ontologies, rules, and optimization models. The role is fully remote and open worldwide.

Own discovery, modeling, implementation, performance tuning, and production hardening of customer solutions. Build decision-intelligence solutions using ontologies, rules, and optimization formulations tailored to each customer's data and business logic. Identify gaps in the platform when customer workflows are blocked, and scope or build the features needed, contributing improvements back upstream to the core product.
