This Product Manager role sits within the Product Management team and is responsible for shaping the roadmap and delivery of new features that help entrepreneurs and organizations grow through MailerLite's email marketing, automation, and website-building tools. MailerLite operates as a remote-first, globally distributed organization with team members across many countries, coordinated primarily around CET working hours, and this role is open worldwide with only a 4-hour CET overlap requirement.

Own and drive the product roadmap for an assigned area of the MailerLite platform. Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, support, sales, and internal stakeholders. Write clear product specs and work closely with design and engineering to ship features. Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities and validate solutions. Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, support, and engineering teams distributed across time zones. Monitor feature performance post-launch and iterate based on data.
4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product usage data. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for an async, distributed team. Ability to maintain at least a 4-hour working-hours overlap with CET. Experience shipping consumer-facing or SMB-facing SaaS products preferred.
