Resort Worker, Housekeeping and Restaurant Support, Winter Season (Cascade Lodge, Lutsen, Minnesota, Staff Housing + Meal Per Shift)

In a typical week expect 4 to 5 housekeeping shifts and 2 to 4 restaurant shifts. Housekeeping: clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas and staff housing units, change linens, restock amenities, manage cleaning chemicals and equipment, report maintenance issues, help with laundry and shovel snow from decks and walkways. Restaurant: clear and set tables, wash and restock glassware and silverware, do dishwashing and bussing, clean kitchen and dining areas, restock restrooms and follow food safety rules.

Some experience required; housekeeping or restaurant experience is helpful but not required. Attention to detail, time management and good communication skills. Ability to lift, bend and stand for long periods. Flexibility for split shifts, weekends and holidays. Comfort working outdoors in snow and rain.
