Oversee all housekeeping for the Inn and Ranch properties and keep lodging units cleaned to a high standard. Coach and train housekeepers, housepersons and inspectors. Manage the department within budget, including scheduling and payroll (Kronos). Maintain equipment, vehicles and inventory. Follow safety rules and maintain AAA 4-diamond standards. Communicate daily with the Executive Housekeeper Manager and with Front Desk, Engineering and Food and Beverage. Report on and complete special projects on time.
Two years of management experience, preferably in hospitality, and two years in housekeeping. OPERA experience preferred. Valid driver license required. Able to lift 30 pounds, work as a room attendant, inspector or porter when needed, and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
