Montana Ranch
A Montana guest ranch in the Madison Valley near Cameron is looking for a couple for the 2027 season. One partner works as Facilities Maintenance Hand and the other as Guest Services Attendant. The job starts 3 May 2027 and runs through November, when the ranch closes for winter; the ranch hopes to continue employment when it reopens in May. The ranch provides a fully furnished private cabin with all utilities paid, including internet, telephone, electricity, propane and water. Pay is listed at 4,000 US dollars per month depending on experience, with holiday bonuses paid in good years. A ranch credit card is provided for business expenses, and ground game meat is available. Maintenance partner: coordinate repairs with subcontractors for HVAC, plumbing, wells, vehicles and generators; maintain grounds, roads and irrigation; handle painting, staining, firewood and weed control. Guest services partner: clean the main lodge and cabins, do laundry and ironing, provide meal service and bartending, and care for indoor and patio plants.
Some experience in maintenance or hospitality. Regular, predictable and timely attendance. Ability to work well in a small team. Valid driver license. Authorization to work in the United States.
