Set Orbit's multi-year vision and roadmap across graph models, ingestion, query, interfaces, governance and enterprise readiness. Turn platform opportunities into customer problems, measurable outcomes and investment decisions. Work with Engineering and Design on architecture tradeoffs involving data models, APIs, MCP, authorization and scale. Lead customer discovery, define target customers, positioning, packaging, pricing and launch plans, and track adoption, retention and revenue outcomes. Mentor product managers and represent GitLab's vision externally.
Experience owning complex technical products or platforms at Staff, Principal or equivalent scope. Deep technical fluency in developer tools, DevOps, data platforms, knowledge graphs, APIs or AI systems. Ability to work credibly with engineers on architecture, scale, reliability and security. Business judgment in market assessment, pricing and packaging. Experience taking a product from concept through launch and adoption, strong communication skills, and practical use of AI tools in product work.
